Notre cave est importée de la France et du Portugal, pays célèbres pour leur tradition vinicole. Nous sommes en mesure de produire nos propres vins en culture extensive tout en gardant un contrôle personnalisé de notre production, afin de nous assurer d’obtenir des vins de grande qualité et à forte personnalité.

Le but de Finca Piedra est d’élaborer des vins exclusifs avec des raisins provenant de nos propres vignobles, en accordant la priorité à l’excellence lors de l’élaboration du vin. Nous avons donc choisi cette cave en fonction de nos vins et de nos ceps, afin d’en préserver la qualité et la production depuis le raisin jusqu’à la mise en bouteille.

Les vignobles sont situés sur le versant des Montagnes de Mahoma, site idéal pour la production de vins fins, où prédominent les sols de type rocheux qui donnent un sens au nom de l’estancia. C’est la qualité du sol et les conditions climatiques favorables qui fournissent un excellent microclimat qui à son tour donne cette saveur unique et différente à nos vins, les plaçant parmi les meilleurs du pays.

Le procédé d’élaboration du vin fait appel à un suivi et à une inspection rigoureux sur l’ensemble du parcours et, partant, à des installations spécifiques et à une main d’œuvre qualifiée en vue d’atteindre le résultat de haute qualité escompté. Nous vous proposons de voir et de comprendre comment est élaboré notre vin, sans oublier la dégustation à la fin!
