Gastronomy delicacies from the “Tannat” are prepared within the estancia, thus keeping the original flavours of each ingredient. They can be accompanied with fine wines from our vineyards.

The Tannat

Uruguayan and European traditional recipes are mixed in exquisite dishes, providing a wide high quality offer. Excellent fine wines produced in the estancia can be combined harmoniously with these delicious dishes.

The restaurant can sit up to 90 guests by incorporating the terrace, and if required, it is possible to adjoin 2 canopies to cater for another 180 people.

In this unique environment, you will be able to taste and purchase limited edition wines, only available at our select boutique, hotels and restaurants in the country.
